Any user who would like to cancel their subscription must send an official cancellation request to one of our administrators in slack. Once processed, the user must cancel through the ShoePlex billing form.

This includes:

@ShoePlex (Owner-Support)

@dino (Admin // Manager).

 

Any and all other billing concerns should be emailed to the support@shoeplex.io. Emails must include the cancellation request, reason for cancellation, and must be sent through the email that was used to purchase the subscription. Any other emails will be ignored.
